Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?+

Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. However, for shorter waiting times — especially on weekends and public holidays — we recommend booking via WhatsApp at 019-670 3635.

What are your operating hours?+

We are open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9 AM – 2 PM.

Where is Klinik Utara Jinjang located?+

We are at Wisma TJB, G-2, Jalan 9/32, Taman Jinjang Baru, 52000 Kuala Lumpur. The clinic is on the ground floor with parking available nearby.

What conditions does Dr. Anand treat?+

Dr. Anand Kumar provides full family medicine plus expert orthopaedic care (knee pain, frozen shoulder, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis), advanced wound care, and chronic illness management.

Do you offer joint injections?+

Yes. We perform intraarticular viscosupplements (e.g. Hyalgan), PRP injections for tendonitis and joints, and corticosteroid injections for trigger finger, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis — all in-clinic.

What is topical oxygen therapy?+

Topical oxygen therapy is an advanced treatment that delivers concentrated oxygen directly to a wound, accelerating healing in chronic and hard-to-heal wounds, particularly diabetic foot ulcers.

Do you provide home care?+

Yes, we offer home care services including wound dressings, post-discharge support and consultations for patients with limited mobility. Please contact us to arrange.

Do you accept walk-ins for emergencies?+

We treat urgent but non-life-threatening conditions. For true emergencies (chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe trauma), please go directly to the nearest hospital A&E.

Do you provide vaccinations?+

Yes — adult vaccinations, childhood immunisations, travel vaccines and seasonal flu shots are all available.

Can I get a medical certificate (MC)?+

Yes. Medical certificates are issued at the doctor's discretion based on your consultation and clinical assessment.

Do you handle industrial / workplace injuries?+

Yes. Dr. Anand is a Certified Medical Impairment Assessor (CMIA) and frequently treats industrial accidents and work-related wounds with full follow-up care.

How do I pay?+

We accept cash, debit/credit card and most e-wallets. Please ask reception for the latest payment options.
